UpportunityU Interview: “Journey To Mars” with NASA’s Jim Wilson

by Ron Sparkman / @UpportunityU

When it comes to space travel, there’s nothing more popular right now than talks of  a Mars mission, especially following National Geographic‘s hit “MARS” series, Elon Musk’s big SpaceX Mars Colonization plan, and, of course, last year’s award-winning “the Martian”. These realistic ideas of traveling to Mars bring up countless questions, so in today’s interview we speak with NASA‘s Jim Wilson on the Journey To Mars!

What will it take to get there? How will we eat? Where will we sleep? What will we do to battle radiation? And what will we do if something goes wrong? We ask  these questions and more in the interview below.

And don’t forget, if you want to keep up with all the latest updates on the Journey To Mars, check out NASA’s page for the journey here and if you love all things Mars, make sure to check out our partner’s, I Love Mars, on Facebook and Twitter!
