InSight’s trip to Mars postponed beyond 2016.

Nasa‘s InSight (Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport) has been delayed beyond 2016 in order to solve a leak issue on an important piece of the transport.

But fear not. “…A decision on a path forward will be made in the coming months, but one thing is clear: NASA remains fully committed to the scientific discovery and exploration of Mars,” says John Grunsfeld, associate administrator for NASA’s Science Mission Directorate in Washington.
