Congress wants a Deep Space Habitat from NASA by 2018.

As the Journey to Mars draws ever closer, we’re starting to see real advancements in the technology astronauts will need to survive the months long trip. Newest of these innovations is a recently commissioned Deep Space Habitat that congress is asking NASA to build, with a price tag of about 55 million, says Space News. Check out their article below.
